BUYER INFORMATION

The name, email address, and phone number entered during payment constitute the party to this agreement.

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the fair entrance ticket purchased by the Buyer through ticket.bifasfuar.com, within the framework of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCT AND PRICE

The ticket type, quantity, and total amount including VAT selected by the Buyer are displayed on the payment screen. The contract price is the amount determined at the time of payment.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE

3.1. Payment is made by credit card / debit card via virtual POS infrastructure.

3.2. Digital tickets (QR code) are sent to the Buyer's email address within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation.

3.3. Since ticket delivery is carried out electronically, physical delivery is not applicable.

ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts related to entertainment and leisure services that must be performed on a specific date. Therefore, ticket sales are final; no cancellation, refund, or exchange is possible.

ARTICLE 5 – PROHIBITION OF COMMERCIAL USE

Purchased tickets are exclusively for personal use. Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes without the written permission of BİFAŞ. If such use is detected, the ticket will be cancelled without refund.

ARTICLE 6 – EVENT RULES AND LIABILITY

6.1. Bringing food and beverages from outside and making professional audio/video recordings in the fair area may be prohibited by the organizer.

6.2. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings in the fair area.

6.3. The Buyer is responsible for safekeeping the ticket.

ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT

7.1. If the fair is cancelled by BİFAŞ, the ticket price will be refunded within 14 business days.

7.2. In case of postponement, the ticket is valid for the new date.

7.3. The refund amount is limited to the price stated on the ticket.

ARTICLE 8 – ENTRY AND EXIT PROCEDURE

Tickets are for a single person and provide a single entry right.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer's personal data is processed within the purpose and scope stated in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 11 – EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
