These terms of use are entered into between BİRLEŞİK FUAR YAPIM A.Ş.("BİFAŞ"), which operates the ticket.bifasfuar.com website ("Site"), and the person using the Site ("User"). By continuing to use the Site, you agree to these terms.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Site provides online sales of entrance tickets for fairs organized by BİFAŞ. BİFAŞ reserves the right to change the scope of its services without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, visuals, software, etc.) belongs to BİFAŞ or its licensors and is protected under the Intellectual and Artistic Works Law No. 5846. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

USER OBLIGATIONS

• Register on the Site with accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account information
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Refrain from using automated data collection tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
